Krystalore Crews, MBA, is a people strategist, consultant, coach, speaker and author, and the CEO of Crews Beyond Limits Consulting. She creates experiences that energize people, elevate culture and make teams feel seen — then challenges them to rise. A 22-year U.S. Air Force Veteran, Krystalore brings extensive experience in executive leadership, project management, communications and organizational transformation. At the Pentagon, she created and led a train-the-trainer program for more than 250 change agents, equipping leaders to drive meaningful change. Her work spans leadership consulting, executive coaching, nonprofit leadership, global retreats and large-scale events. Leaders bring her in for keynotes and corporate hosting, executive and C-suite coaching, emotional-intelligence training and corporate wellness — uniting strategic planning with experiences that move people to action. For women in a season of change, she leads the Health Mastery program, Beyond Limits Bootcamp and the 365 Days of Becoming, plus transformational retreats in the Caribbean.
